All bookings must be made in advance through our website or approved booking methods.

• Full payment is required to secure your reservation
• Bookings are for a specific date and time
• Late arrivals may result in reduced play time or cancellation without refund

We understand that plans can change.

• Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Changes made within this window may not be eligible for a refund
• No-shows are non-refundable

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time
• Late arrivals may shorten your experience or result in forfeiture of your booking

By participating, you confirm that:

• You are physically able to participate in light movement activities
• You will follow all instructions provided by staff
• You will treat equipment and facilities with care

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

• Appears intoxicated
• Acts in a disruptive or unsafe manner

VR experiences may not be suitable for everyone.

Participants should not take part if they:

• Are prone to seizures, severe motion sickness, or dizziness
• Have medical conditions that could be affected by virtual reality
• Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Participants may stop at any time if they feel uncomfortable.

All equipment is provided for your use during the experience.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions
• Replacement or repair costs may be charged if damage occurs

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• VR experiences involve movement and immersive environments
• There is a risk of minor injury (e.g., bumping into objects, disorientation)

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

All participants may be required to sign a waiver prior to participating.

Minors must have a parent or legal guardian complete and sign the waiver on their behalf.

• Recommended age is 10+
• Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian present or provide consent
