Everything you need to know before stepping into a game.
Step inside the game.
A VR escape room is a fully immersive team adventure where you move, interact, and solve puzzles together in virtual worlds.
Most missions are designed for 2–6 players per team.
Plan for about 60 minutes. There’s a short briefing before you start, a short debriefing and pictures when you’re done, and 45 minutes of gameplay to escape.
We offer a range of difficulty levels – from Intro to Elite – so there’s something for everyone.
No! At Warp Zone VR our rooms are a private experience just for you and your team. You’ll specify the size of your team during the booking process.
Not at all. We’ll walk you through everything before your mission starts – most players pick it up in minutes.
Absolutely. We specifically launched LaserBots for children 7+. For other games, adults will have to be the judge of their youngsters, but most experiences are great for 10+. Some games might be more intense for younger kiddos — feel free to ask your Game Master about the game and intensity when you arrive.
You’re not on your own. There are hints available throughout the game and, depending on the difficulty level, the number of hints vary. Your Game Master is also watching and can give hints to keep things moving and fun.
Yes! You and your team move freely together in the same space and see each other inside the game…also known as avatars.
Book your mission → show up → gear up → play.
We handle the setup – you focus on the adventure.
Yes – larger groups can split into teams or rotate through experiences. Once we open our second arena, larger groups can also play at the same time in separate arenas. Perfect for parties, team-building, or events.
Absolutely. VR escape rooms are built around teamwork, communication, and problem-solving – plus, they’re just a lot more fun than a meeting.
Nope. The goal is to have fun. Escaping is just a bonus.
Shhh…who told you about Hardcore Mode? We don’t share that information with just anyone! You must have done quite well and escaped our last adventure with time to spare. If you’re interested in an adventure’s theme but think it might be too easy, consider asking your Game Master to put the game into “Hardcore Mode.” This modifies puzzles so it’s a bit harder to make it through in the allotted time. Just remember — don’t tell anyone. Only expert teams like yours can know.
Walk-ins are welcome during adventure hours. Booking ahead guarantees your spot and pack choice, which matters on weekends when things fill up.
Yes — adventures are a shared experience. Kids rotate into games with other players, which makes it social and fun. If you’d prefer a private group experience, our escape rooms are built for that.
Arrive about 10 minutes early so we can get you checked in, geared up, and ready to go.
We get it – plans change. You can self-cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund, or reschedule. Cancellations after 24 hours or no-shows on the day of booking will not receive a refund.
It depends on your pack — Quick Play (2 games), Adventure Pack (3 games), or Ultimate Run (4 games).
Each game runs about 10-15 minutes, plus a few minutes for gear-up at the start. Arrive 5–10 minutes early.
Absolutely. The play area is visible from our lobby — grab a seat and watch them battle dragons in real time. No charge for spectators.
If there’s an open slot, you can book another pack on the spot. Kids often want “one more run” — we’ll do our best to make it happen.
Adventures are designed for ages 7–14. Younger kids can participate if a parent is comfortable — just chat with a Game Master at check-in and we’ll set expectations together.
Nope. Our Game Masters walk every player through the gear and controls before their first game. Most kids pick it up in their first 30 seconds.
Yes. Headsets are sanitized between sessions, the play area is padded and staff-supervised, and any player can take off their headset for a break whenever they need one.
*Hours may adjust for holidays or special events.

Yes, however we strongly encourage you to book ahead. Although we accept walk-ins, the time you come in may already be reserved for another team — booking ahead guarantees your spot is available.
Yes. You’ll be in a controlled environment, and our team is there the whole time to guide you.
No problem – anyone can remove the headset at any time and take a break.
We take sanitization very seriously. After every game we thoroughly disinfect all high-touch surfaces, including the headsets, remotes, and lenses. We then run all of our headsets through a CleanBox that uses UVC LED technology to eliminate viruses and bacteria, ensuring everything is clean and safe for your experience.
