Party packages are a good fit for birthdays, youth groups, sports teams, homeschool groups, family celebrations, and private group outings.

60 minutes of VR gameplay + 30 minutes to celebrate

Weekday $325 · Weekend $375

Peak times (e.g. Friday evenings and weekends) count as weekend pricing.

120 Minutes

60 minutes of VR gameplay + 60 minutes to celebrate

Weekday $400 · Weekend $450

Peak times (e.g. Friday evenings and weekends) count as weekend pricing.

VR gameplay is reserved for up to six designated players. Additional guests may attend the celebration portion, but players do not rotate during the gameplay session.

For larger groups, contact us about a custom rotating-session event.

Know Before You Book

Group Size & Player Capacity

Our arena currently supports up to 6 players at one time. This keeps the experience comfortable, safe, and smoother for the group.

Larger groups may still be possible with back-to-back sessions or rotating gameplay, depending on the event type, day, and time — contact us and we'll plan a format for your headcount.

Non-playing guests are welcome with private party packages, but space is limited.

Private party packages may bring outside cake, cupcakes, snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks.

Birthday outings: food, cake, gifts, decorations, and celebration table time are not included.

We provide plates, napkins, and utensils with party packages.

Party FAQs

Do we have to book a private party for a birthday?

No. If your group just wants to play, you can book regular gameplay as a Birthday Outing and pay per player. Private party packages are for groups who want the full facility, celebration time, option to bring in food, cake, gifts, and other party extras.

Can we book regular gameplay and bring cake?

No. Cake, snacks, gifts, decorations, and reserved table time require a private party package. Birthday Outings are for groups who plan to play and leave afterward.

Is the whole space private with a Private Party Package?
